Tater Tot Casserole

There are so many recipes out there for tater tot casseroles. Here is one that I'd like to share with you. It tastes so good!

 

1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion
1- (32 oz) bag of frozen Tater Tots
1-(16oz) container of Sour Cream
1- (10 3/4 oz) can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 (6oz) can of French-Fried Onions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown the ground beef and 1/2 onion in a skillet and set aside to cool. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the Sour Cream, Cream of Mushroom Soup, and Cheese. Arrange the Tater Tots in a 9x13 greased baking dish. Add the beef with onions on top of the Tater Tots. Spoon on Sour Cream mixture and spread evenly. Top with the French-Fried Onions. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Enjoy.

PetCakes Review and Giveaway



My daughter loves any kind of stuffed animal. She carries them around everywhere she goes. Whether it is outside, to the store, or even to bed, she has one. When I saw PetCakes, I knew I would have to get one for her and see what it is all about.
